Flower Arranging

Once a  week our Activities Co-ordinator holds a flower arranging session in our dining room.

The flowers are purchased from our local florist at a discounted price, and all our ladies set about creating some beautiful arrangements that are used as the centre pieces of the dining tables.

This is always an enjoyable session that is therapeutic and requires concentration in order for the artistic amongst us to reveal their own skills.

After the session, the arrangements are admired and set out on the tables to display.  There is then time for gossip over a cup of tea and slice of cake.
