New Care System

Flixton Manor has very recently started working with our new Caresys Care Home Management software which handles everything from administering medication to planning resident’s birthdays. It truly is pushing the systems of managing care into the future.

The system has already shown us the great benefits of automating key operations in the business and we now enjoy the ease of processing staff wages and time sheets by using the softwares' clocking in machine. All nursing reports and care plans have now been migrated onto the system and the nurses are shocked by the ease of use and time saving benefits that this offers. Outside agencies can have access to the system easily to monitor the

 quality of care and a full report can be printed off at the click of a button.

One major benefit from all of this is that our nursing home is able to free valuable staff time that can be spent putting a smile on resident’s faces. It helps simplify and organize the homes daily tasks and procedures so that nothing ever gets missed and daily jobs are recorded quickly and easily.

Our ultimate goal is to go completely paperless and have all systems and documents within the home entered into the system within a year. All information held on the system is backed up on servers used by the home office to ensure absolute security over personal files.
