residents are cared for by a team of highly trained and dedicated staff whose
range of skills combined mean that we can provide a great service in all
aspects of care.
Our
Team are on hand 24 hours a day tending to our residents' individual needs. We
ensure a good work ethic by enabling them to have fun and develop relationships
with our residents.

Administration
We know that good care
relies on good administration leaving the focus on care and not the paper
work. . Our Nurses are about to
make the big switch to a paperless care plan system that will make nursing
administration even more robust.

Christine Simcock
(Home Manager)
Our Manager Christine has been with our Home for over 15
years and has her heart heart invested in the well-being of our residents. Her experience working
with the elderly and her passion and dedication is what make Flixton Manor a
warm freindly home to live in. Her high standards for good practice ensure that all our staff promote the
dignity and respect that our residents deserve.
